In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one within 14 days if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, size or other reasons, and if the presentation and the payment document issued together are preserved with the goods.
Refund.
 
To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
We are responsible only for the quality of the product. The responsibility of the delivery service lies solely with the performers.

To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Fill out and sign the “Application for Return of Goods”
Send the goods by courier service (data indicated in the application)
Or come to our office and arrange a return with the manager.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in the following cases:

​​​​​​​More than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods
In the absence of a completed “Application for Return of Goods”
In case of incomplete return: lack of packaging in which the goods were delivered, labels, etc.
If the product has been used.
